Blueberry Scones

These blueberry scones are soooo easy and pretty low in calories also!  All you need is Hungry Jack Blueberry Wheat Pancake mix, sour cream, and a little butter and sugar.  Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.  Mix 1 cup of pancake mix with 1/2 cup sour cream. If I have fresh blueberries in the house I usually add some of those to the mix also.  Spoon them onto a baking pan (should make 12 scones).  Drizzle 2 tbsp melted butter and sprinkle 2 tbsp sugar on top of the scones before baking.  Bake about 10 minutes until golden brown.  Done!!
